It ends a story that started with finding the mummified body of an adult cat with kittens asleep on the body in a squalid garden; having to put down around 6 adults with the disease; losing one of the kittens early on; re-homing some of the kittens after 6 months when they were clear of the disease; and then spending another 4 months rehabilitating the other four and finding them homes. It's clogged up pens and given lots of tears sometimes, but now it will be worth it when these two go to their new home this afternoon.

:'( :'( What a sad story but so glad these 2 are getting a happy ending xxxx

Great that something good has come out of all this

Finally some good news...

... after such a disappointing and difficult week, i've just found out that Ace and Adam are going to their new home this afternoon!!! They are the two older FeLV kittens we have had in for around 9 months now. We knew that if we didn't give up on them we would find someone who was unselfish enough to take them on!

It's a lovely young couple who have had a sickly cat before and are totally prepared for what will happen to them, but are still willing to love and care for them as long as they need it.

They are such handsome ginger and white boys who are huge and run around like loonies!
