Paul from Pet Emporium says it's a hoax and the so called artist wanted to see how the public would react to a starving dog in a gallery as opposed to one on the street. I don't know what to believe. He could be claiming it was a hoax as he got so much hatred for it.

I believe I am not interested to know whether Vivisection produces results that are profitable to the human race or doesn't. To know that the results are profitable to the race would not remove my hostility to it.  Mark Twain

The post was about the dog art exhibition, but there's a bit about it already so no worries and perhaps it was a hoax, who knows?!
