Some cats tolerate sharing but dont flourish in a multicat home. You may see a change in him for the better!

I would leave it and see how he goes, especially as you are not keen for another one.

No problem. Obviously, not knowing Talon it's hard to guarantee his reaction to being an only cat. But most animals adapt eventually.

Just so you kno, we love photos of furbabes on here! ;)

Ah, I see.

He (what's his name, by the way?) should be fine on his own if he wasn't especially bonded to the others and just used them as hot water bottles! Just keep giving him his cuddles and attention. :)

Hmmm, I'm not sure. If he liked physical contact with the other two, then he will probably change how he acts towards you. (He'll possibly get a bit clingier while he deals with the change.)

The problem is, getting another cat as a companion doesn't always work. I'd see how he gets on.

Well 1 of them was his mum who we had to give to mu mum literally a year ago as i was about to have a baby and she has cancer so wanted her to be where it is nice and calm and peaceful and he used to sleep with Freya (the one that died this morning) he didnt like play fighting or anything like that though, just liked the cuddles from the other two.

Depends, how much did he interact with the other cats?

I am just wondering what to do with my one and only cat i have left, He has never been on his own before, do you think he will be ok on his own or do you think he will start to get a bit lonely?
