went to see it yesterday and it is indeed a birman.
Very badly matted , took it to Jill and we did some of the fir yesterday. Covered in flea dirt but didn't see a live flea but there were 3 mega-normous tics that Jill took great delight in squishing
lots of dark iron coloured gung on the floor after jill had been jumping up and down on tissue paper.
Jill took her to vets today and they sedated the cat and jill spent all afternoon de-matting.
This cat has been out for a long time and there are no reports of a missing Birman so I guess it now has a new home
If any reports come in of one missing recently then I'm afraid the condition she was in I would not really want her to go back. She is very thin and will need a good bit of feeding up.
