I ordered from them and had a nightmare, I ordered 2 place mats and 2 bowls for Milo (wanted Blue Mason Cash ones). I didn't get an email conformation, I had to call them to confirm my order, I asked for next day delivery and it took over a week, when the good arrived there was a bowl missing! When I called they said it was out of stock and would be with me in a week, this was at the beginning of March the bowl finally arrived last week after 4 more phone calls, and 6 weeks later than planned, actually you've reminded me to check my credit card for the delivery refund!

So no I wouldn't shop with them again! Not online anyway

I cant stand the shop, they never stock enough of anything, one box or bag and the staff claim thats all they have so i havent been for a couple of years.
The rabbit tanks were on the verge of heat stroke last time i did go  :(

Yes, I've ordered online from them before, they were very quick with delivery if I recall.

Yes it does most certainly exist  ;D They are based in Martlesham nr. Ipswich and Colchester in Essex, about 3 miles down the road from where I spent most of my childhood; in fact I bought a lot of my supplies from there when I got my first ever cat  :Luv2:. They are reasonably priced for sundries ;), spent about  £20 on two interpet filters for my tanks; but I wouldn't buy their fish again, they are not choosy about who they buy in from.
Hope that helps  ;D

I was only looking at that site last week. I'm after a new aquarium and ended up on that site ... I wouldn't have any reservations using it. Sorry that doesn't help much  :(

lay me down, let me go, feeling heavy the ground is cold,
lay me down take it slow I'm ready to stumble, sing & then swing low

I haven't bought online from them but I have visited the store before (I've parked just where you can see the cars in that picture) so I can verify that it really does exist and it is cheap.  They seem to pile it high and sell it cheap - no fancy aisles and all the rest of it, so they probably save money on labour and storage that way.

Sorry a little confused by your question........why wouldnt it be legit?

I think Zoe means that as it's much cheaper than from other places are they a legit site.

:welcome: back Zoe, I've not used them myself but as they have 'real life' shops to I've no doubt they're legit  :)

We have used it once to buy some sea monkeys for my daughter.  Had no problems with it whatsoever

Is it that you dont go on internet much?

There are many online shops selling cat stuff and you often need to look around to see who gives bast deal, not just on items but also P&P.
