I think the new at the top is more logical - but hey  :evillaugh:

Me too! - coz I think people that read it the other way round are sometimes too quick with their responses before they've read everyone elses LOL!

Anyway, I digress - have you tried Odour Eliminator? http://www.furrypharm.com/shop/item.asp?itemid=1097 - its an enzymatic odour eliminator, bit like Simple I expect (don't know, cos I 've never used Simple) - but I've used this one for years - its a pleasant smell and does the trick.

That is my favourite but the vets round her charge about £7 for it - it smells lovely. They have a few variants. One you have to add wate to which is impossible if the bottle is full

I will look into postage costs etc  ;D - thanks Gillian  ;D

:evillaugh: Depends how many message boards you go to. I read a couple and post on a couple all with new messages at the bottom ... this really was backwards when I came   :evillaugh: In fact it's the only one I've encountered that does it that way.

If you can afford £2,000 for your curtains you can afford a decent spray Mr Scrooge!!!  You're as bad aas my mate Dean - he'll spend hundreds of pounds on Versace but he searches on the internet for the cheapest petrol prices!!  He's still my best mat ethough.

I think it need to be an enzyme based spray that would work on curtains. I'm not chucking vinegar on my £2000 bedroom curtains  :evillaugh:

I have just clicked, people keep referring to a message "below" when older messages are below - I think you can choose which way you view?  :evillaugh:

Thanks for the link  ;D

I use Mistral and Keep it Clean.

Mistral is definitely enzyme based and excellent .. it's also £5 for 5litres. I need to find a link for that!

Keep it clean is also good, but only in small bottles ...(It gets rid of Rabbit urine smell .. I personally think bunny wee smells worse than cat).

Edit: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/4x5L-ODOURFRESH-professional-DISINFECTANT-DEODORISER_W0QQitemZ230233836582QQihZ013QQcategoryZ101434QQtcZphotoQQcmdZViewItem

I have tons of the stuff as it was a bargain and personally I find it brilliant. I use it to clean out the dog bed, cleans the kitchen floor, rabbit urine on furniture ... although he's been such a good boy the past 6 months. Memphis has only had one accident in the house but it cleaned it up.

The safe4 is a disinfectant and I need an enzyme product.

Urineoff might be OK but even the trial price is expensive - £15 for 1/2 litre    - At times, I would need at least a bottle a week.
I might just get the vet one for £7. They have one in sainsbury's but it's a small bottle.

The makers of Simple do an unperfumed one called Outright that is a lot cheaper and you water it down but you have to use it in 24hrs.

Simple is £5.99 for 945ml (I just hate the smell  )

Urine off is supposed to be really good *they do a trial pack*

http://www.urineoff.co.uk/shop.html

Safe4pets is excellent and smells nice - I can't find a price though

We both hate the smell of simple solution and associate the smell with cat pee now. I want to try a different one but one that is a decent price. The vet next door sells one but it's £7 for 375ml - smell nice but 3 x the price of Simple.

I saw this online - anyone tried it? http://www.petweeaway.com/cat-urine-stains.aspx

The other issue is will it stain. I know I have used simple on expensive curtains and it doesn't leave any water marks.
