I'll see if I can find a pic of Dinah that shows how dinky wee she is.  'Cos she's fluffy she looks bigger, but when you pick her up she's very slight - she has lost a little bit of weight due to age, but she's still tiny!

Naturally when she stands on you in bed and all her weight is on one paw she feels more like 2.5 stone

Ah - found a pic - please ignore the Devil-eyes...
Here she is sitting in a box of tissues, she fits perfectly in the hole in the top  :evillaugh:

My latest foster is 2.54kg, there is a pic of her on her thread - think its called 'So much for a quiet year!!'

That is about Willow's weight and she is nearly 10

That is so photoshopped!  You can see that the resolution of the kitty is much sharper than that of the hand! Plus the lighting's not quite right ...

It's cute BUT there seems to be a trend (in America at least, but what happens there usually happens here eventually) towards what are called teacup cats.  As far as I can tell, this seems to consist of selectively breeding small cats (usually runts who may have more health problems than your average cat) and calling the resulting smaller than normal offspring a specific breed (but they are not recognised as a separate breed).  Such breeding is quite rightly vehemently opposed by reputable breeders over there.  So this kind of thing makes me very uneasy.  It's hard not to go "aahhh" but tbh I like my cats rather bigger than that!

sounds loosely like a debate about the issues associated with graphic ownership and the use of digital photography , but not a direct comment on this photograph or its veracity - given the 'loose' translation it is probably about how clever manipulation of digital photography produces images like this ...

It is incredibly cute, but can you imagine having something that small drifting around the floor at the speed kittens move - you'd tread on it for sure ...

I want one to take to work with me!  ;D  I was reminiscing the other day about when Bertie was 3 weeks old and used to climb up my trouser leg and fall asleep inside ... hard to believe now that he's a 3 year old, 19lb fat cat!

Photo has been created in some graphics software definately, but sweet never the less!  :)

Text translates as:

"For a long time I have been passing something similar with a client, the fact went that my I contract myself to make some takings and the client me exigia the negatives, thus tries to explain to him that those are of my property and that if queria such then serious another negotiation, that in the end does not manage to leave convinced it absolutely. In fotografia conventional I create is no doubt that is proprietor of the rights of such-and-such fotografia, since that has (independently of like) the negatives, slides and demas deduce it. We finished seeing something in in the previous forum of Fotografias of the members of SCC. That it happens with the Digital Fotografia, he is impressive the advances in this field that loses veracity, since we put ourselves to think if he is real (I talk about a fotografica taking) or is one fotogrtafia composed and a very important point was of your creation?"

Make sense to anyone?

And, no I'm not fluent in Spanish - just pasted the text into an online translator!  :sneaky:  ;)

This was the text in case anyone can translate?
