I've posted this before I think, but this is Sid, we provided a welcome hiding place for him from next doors mentally handicapped home, where he lived.

Found a few cutsie ones... I love Jamesons leopard print belly... especially cos the rest of him is so stripey and tiger-like. Dunno how he manages to breathe when his head is buried down like that though! (and he sleeps like that for ages!)

   I just love seeing cats this relaxed.  Until I became a bewildered cat slave, I'd never seen cats in anything other than wary postures, or coming to rub up round your legs.  In't it great!  ;D :wow:

Didn't realise what a big Cuddlebum Jameson is.....!

Unlike Puddy's Ollie, I hardly ever see my Ollie curling up like a typical cat position.  You can see how rough his life is in below photos.

He also does the head twist thingy.  I wonder he never gets a sore neck after awaking...

Ollie is very neat and usually curls up but Sophie lies on her back with head and front feet to one side and her body twisted so her back legs point the other way.  I f she is on her tummy, she always has her front paws straight out in front.  I wonder how they get comfy in these strange positions but..... they're cats  :Luv2:

Cats and sleeping positions

Does anyone's cat have a real weird way of sleeping?

Below is a picture of Jake, and this is his preferred sleeping position nowadays...on his back, legs in the air and head buried beneath a cushion. What a freak of nature...
