Little Poppy came into our care on Thursday night.
Poppy and her sister have spent the last 2 nights howling at their owners door to be let back in and have been ignored as her owner has moved house and left them. Poppy's sister has been rehomed with the neighbours kind daughter who has just lost her 15 year old cat. Poppy however is heavily pregnant and her only option would have been to give birth in a derelict warehouse nearby.
Poppy has settled in very well and is enjoying shredding her box to make nesting material, though we are not expecting babies before Mothers Day. She is a friendly purry girl who luckily doesn't seem to have been affected too much by her ordeal.
