URGENT  - LOST DOG

YOUR HELP IS DESPERATELY REQUIRED PLEASE

An urgent search is being mounted following the tragic fire at 1 am on Friday,
1 February 2008 at the Alternative Animal Sanctuary, Doon Brae Farm, Windmill Road, Pepperstock, Markyate, Luton, Bedfordshire,

Owner Tamara Lloyd has received information that one of the dogs thought to have perished in the blaze has possibly escaped.  She is a brindle Staffordshire Bull Terrier princess, slightly greying on her muzzle, approximately 5-7 years old and very friendly.  She was wearing a pink collar with a tag and is microchipped.  Her name is Polly (formerly Poppy).

The local hairdresser has left a message saying that a lady had come in and said she had found a Staffie which may have been hit by a car.  Unfortunately the trail goes cold after that.  Numerous phone calls to police, dogwardens and vets inside and outside the area have yielded nothing.

PLEASE, please, if you have taken in such a dog, believing her to be a stray, can you contact Tamara urgently on:
 07818-406619.
Not knowing where she is or what has happened to her is extremely distressing.   Thank you.

Let's do everything we can to get this darling girl home:
