My little, unfriendly kitten took months and months to even give me a cursory head butt.  And up until the last couple of days, it's only head butts that I've got from him.  That and playing 'fetch'.

But the last couple of nights he's actually settled, snuggled up against me, when I've gone to bed!  :wow: :wow: :wow:  I couldn't believe it at first, and daren't move a muscle!  Typically Sabby, he chooses the spot closest to the middle of the bed hahaha!!  And he's now furthered his interaction with me by miaowing and chirruping (a first) from the stairs, which I realise is him asking to play fetch! (He usually has his little ball stuffed in his mouth)

I know it doesn't sound like much, but for Sabby it's a great step forward and I'm over the moon!  :Luv: :Luv: :Luv:

This sounds alot my kitten Sophia is Sabby a Maine Coon sounds soo much like one, specially with playing fetch etc... ;D

No he's a far cry from a Maine Coon!  Sabby's a black domestic shorthair ... well, moggie!  He's very handsome though!  :Luv: He really does love to play fetch though, he tears through the house to retrieve the ball just like a little puppy!  And failing that, he'll rope his mum, Meesha, in to play a game of footie in the kitchen!

Thanks guys :)  It's really made my month!  It's a special time indeed!  :Luv:  I think his affection is of such great value to me just because he didn't want to know when he was little.
