Welcome back home Tommy
Poor Tommy has had a horrible week, having to stay at the Vet's, but now he is back where he's supposed to be
Tommy stopped eating last Sunday evening, and as he is a diabetic, we took him in to the vet's on Monday evening, as we needed help. After an examination, he was admitted, put on an IVF drip, and we had to come back home without him.
He had a full set of blood tests carried out, and these showed that he had a urinary infection. He was given antibiotics, but by Thursday, he still wasn't eating properly. We went in to try to tempt him to eat with some food that he normally has at home, but even this didn't work, even though he had perked up a lot since Monday. By yesterday (Friday), he had eaten 1 bowl of food, so the vet has let him come home.
The house just hasn't been the same without you Tommy, I've missed you so much. Even Daddy has missed you trampling across his head, to get to me, at bedtime. We're so glad you're home
This is where my Tommy is now, enjoying his favourite pastime
