Maybe its a 24 hr bug thing like we humans can get. Pleased she is still OK

Sasa is acting like Gwynnie andd she is watching me like a hark and rushing away from me.................was wondering if she wasnt feeling well and was worried about being trapped and taken to the vet again.

Yep! She had a mad dash around in the evening and this morning she's still lively, and eating fine - its so strange that when she goes down it seems like she's really, really down and then the next day its like nothing happened!

I'm glad she seems better now but it must be very frustrating for you to have this keep happening then the next minute she's better. I do hope you can get to the bottom of it all

Yes its interesting, it always seems to show in the eyes. Gwynnie's eyes were watering before all this happened.

When she was ill before she was tested for the coronavirus and it came back positive with very high antibodies. Vet wants to test again at some point, but I don't at the moment want to put her through the stress as she is still very reactive after her earlier vet visits and subsequent stay there. She still looks at me very suspiciously when I get my coat on to go out, and the other day I moved my coat which was hanging on the back of a door - and she went ballistic and wouldnt come near me - thinks I'm going to cart her off to the vet again I reckon, poor soul!

This is really weird! I was all prepared to phone the vets this morning, but when I woke up (or rather, was woken up by Gwynnie flying across my bed LOL!!!) - she was absolutely fine. This is like a different cat today, she dashed around for much of the morning, ate all her breakfast and has been acting completely as normal today. How odd, that she could be so poorly one day and completely ok the next.

Gill, I have got one definitely who has had the herpesvirus, which went round all of them a couple of years ago, and sometimes Gypsy gets a recurrence, but its Harry and Sam who are sneezing. Yes, apparently, sneezing is seen with the coronavirus as well as diarrhea. Gwynnie isnt sneezing though

My brothers cat carrys calici virus but also had a lot of other probs and after a lot of money and time it was said that he had a sentsitive tummy and was belatedly put on a special diet, which solved the problem

Not sure that I like the sound that the others are all sneezing, is the sneezing part of coronavirus or could it be something else like cat flu or calici virus?

I reckon only your vet will be able to help and wish Gwynnie and all the others loads od good wishes.

Little Gwynnie had been doing so well, but a few days ago she had an 'off' day, although she was eating ok, she was a bit quiet, and then towards the evening she had the runs. After that she seemed much better! and everything was back to normal, the next day - normal poos, appetite fine, running around, bright as a button.

That was last Tuesday, she's been fine again since, until this morning - she didnt eat all her breakfast, she didnt want her lunchtime meal, and she's just laid around all day. This evening when I went to feed them all, she didnt join them in the kitchen and she didnt eat any tea. A little while later she was sick, then went to the tray, and did a horrendous runny poo! She's been sick again and is now just sleeping. Do you think I've got this blasted coronavirus in the gang, or a carrier who's passing it to her? I know sneezing can pass it, and a couple have been sneezing over the past week. I can't see, if it is this, how I'm going to stop it from keeping going round, or being passed if I have a carrier - or maybe Gwynnie came in with it, with no symptoms to start with and she is passing it round, although its only her with runny poo - some of the others are sneezing.
