large mice

I thought I had a mouse with a death wish in the house as both the dog food and the cat food (dry) developed chewed holes in the bottom of the packaging with dry food scattered hither and yon. The food is stored in deep drawers in the pantry. Seems smidgen has discovered that there is no back to the cabinet the drawers are in. He gets in behind the drawers, climbs in and raids the dry food, then opens the drawer and lets himself out .... Hmmmm, will have to start closing the pantry door I feel ... >:(
