We had our Secret Santa in work on Friday and part of my present was one of those scrunchie Christmas cat collars that you've probably seen in Pets At Home - they're red velvet with lots of white fur, and little bells. I put it on Bella just to see what it looked like and so I could get a photo for the colleague who bought it. Halfway up the stairs, she encountered Minnie, who as you know is partially blind so doesn't see very much .... we can only think that seeing all the white fur that had suddenly appeared around Bella's neck, Minnie didn't recognise her and thought she was another cat who had got into the house ... the noise she made was incredible, Bella was scared to death and the Christmas collar has now been safely put away ....
