It's quite easy Dolcetta. Upload your pic then use the scale button till you find the size you want. Move the cursor over the pic to move up or down to get it into position, then click save pic until you have all the Elf'is you want.

Do I have to crop out each faces before uploading?  Do they do the automatic resizing to fit the face into the hat?
