What are we all buying for our feline friends for christmas ?

Mine aren't getting their Christmas present until the end of March (they're having their own bedroom in the new house) I have discovered that seeing what colour on the Dulux colour charts they put their paw on is *not* a good way to decide what colour to paint their room 

I might get them some catnip toys so they have got something to open on Christmas Day though.

Memphis has curley purrlies, Da Bird (with replacement feathers and Da Puff), a Purrnip bone and a white reindeer on a dangly.

I also got him a new bed which is red and white and a scratching post with 3 mouses but he's got those already.

God I feel mean just filling by cats bellies up for christmas and not getting them any toys,think I'll have to invest in da mousie I think

Da Mousy rocks! Even off the rod, its tackled, kicked and loved (I get growled at if I try take it away). Teeny but powerful.

Oh yes - da mousy is the best!  Goes down well here too, esp with Jaffa.

Hi folks,

The cats have been having a bit of a toy fest lately but so far I've got them the following for Christmans, one wiggly waggler, one Dabird and DaMousie, several small mousies, two new ardboard scratching pads and turbo scratcher thingy. I've still got to get them some treats etc. for their Christmnas stockings. I'll be wrapping their bigger pressies soon when I can find somehwere in the flat where I can't be observed I expect that I'll be getting them some other stuff as well so that they've got something to open on Boxing Day .

I think that this year my biggest present to the cats is by taking leavr from the 17th so that I get an extra week with us all together so we can enjoy each other's company for an extended Christmas holiday, of course this is also a rare treat for me too as I've only taken two weeks leave this year since March and I love us all being together days on end, I expect to be pinned to the sofa by one of the boys for extended periods, "bliss"

My three are going to get *checks around to make sure no-one is looking what I'm typing* ....

Christmas dinner ... some of the roast meat, mixed in with Nature's Menu pouches (I use these as a VERY special treat ... they love NM more than 'treats'!!) plus a little cat milk.

For pressies: an Ikea cat tent, and an Ikea mini chest of drawers    You know, those small wooden boxes with nine wooden drawers, with little finger holes to open them.  Several smallish toys, a few treats, some scrunched paper and the like, all hidden in the drawers!  They absolutely LOVE opening the drawers of mine to extract everything that's in there lol!  So they're getting one of their own

I'm also considering getting a little water fountain, but I've got to do a little research about that one first.

My boys are getting a new cat tree to share but I'm sure they'll get lots of smaller toys too.

I have bought Archie a whiskers stocking so far and will have to get a replacement Da mousey and Da birdy

umm....  i got jasper some catnip treats, some catnip, a da bird with a da puff and a da mouse (which is really teeny tiny btw???).  and i honestly doubt he'll appreciate any of it!!!!!  he'll get some prawns for christmas dinner and i'm sure some bits of chocolate and ice cream over the few weeks.  oh and of course he gets his mummy home to hassle him for 3 weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!  hehe!!!

A whiskers stocking and a helping of turkey will have to do - Xanthe desperately needs a new scratching post as she has half demolished her existing one but that might have to wait until January.

Never baught mine Christmas pressies (I know I am a bad meowmy) they will have gourmet pearl pouches over the festive season though as that is their favourite treat but otherwise they will have to make do with what they have

If I had the spare cash I'd like to get them all new beds [there are some lovely ones at PAH] but as I haven't got any spare money - thanks Lily - they'll be having something lovely to eat on Christmas Day as well as lots of fusses

Max has:-  A purrnip bone (on its way lol), a new industrial strength wiggly waggler made on special order by Ann at CosyCats, a new Kitty Collar (met Marla today at the show, lovely lady!), a special Christmas Stocking from CP with a new catnip cusion, refills, toy etc, and some tiny meeces Leigh gave us today (which have also gone in the stocking!)

I'm sure I might find another few bits and pieces though

The things I have bought Max I have given him so far  but still got his whiskas stocking and new feeding dishes from petplanet still to be picked up from the post office special cat food and that will prob be it

I used to be like that BC, and prob should do from next year, as they get so many things throughout the year - the cat tree was purely cos it was on offer last week and Molly has already had a new bed this year. I dont know what mine are having for their X Mas dinner yet.

I'm afraid mine just get a specially nice can of cat food - to keep them distracted while I scoff my dinner 

I reckon they get presents all the time and since they are not baptised, they don't know its christmas

I've gone a bit overboard this year but it's the boys first Christmas    They have a pet spa,  peek a prize, tick tock teaser, a Whiskas cat head bed, purrnip bone and another pawbreaker each.  They did have some catnip bubbles and a slicker brush but I couldn't resist giving them to them early

Well, I have bought a covered tray, catnip spray and cat tree so far, but this is the second year in a row I have bought a specific cat a present and they haven't been here for X Mas, so sticking to general presents in the future.

Ive got him a christmas stocking and so far he has a vibrating mouse and some catnip (which i havnt tried him with yet !)
