I would like to say, in my defence since I appear to be today's Purrs villain, that Bertie is spoiled rotten every day and if I give him a cat tent when it's not even Christmas, he'll expect a cat palace on Christmas Day

The poor boy is virtually the only Purrs cat without an Ikea tent but now, to add insult to injury and rub salt into the wound you're making him wait until Christmas for it?

'Gulp' - erm, I hold my hands up - my lot don't have a tent between them!    - so don't let 'em make you feel bad Bertiesmum LOL!

Going on past birthdays/ Christmases, they will either a) swap pressies, b) play with the packaging or c) much prefer some cheap and nasty toy mouse bought by one of my friends for a fraction of what the cat tent cost
