Not sure I like the reason for selling - "we need the room for baby stuff"!  Suppose it makes a change to getting rid of the cats when a baby comes along - just get rid of their cat tree instead.  Suppose then they will scratch the furniture and give the owners a perfect excuse to get rid of the cats.

4 days on it and a starting bid of 99p. If I lived nearer London I'd probably bid on it even though we don't need another one! :innocent:
