I did the classic thing of going to support our local CP adoption centre's open day - Bredhurst - and falling in love.  :sigh:  :blow kiss:

This sad old baggy tabby looked past the hordes of people and straight into my eyes. He gave me this little silent meow as if to say "Where's the basket, then? I'm ready!"  :gimme: The poor soul was 13, going a bit thin and had been careless enough to lose his tail.

I really, really can't take him... but will he be alright?  :sad no:
