Theres alternatives to piriton you can ask your vet about as they can get drowsy and lethargic on Piriton. They make me really dopey so wouldnt be nice as a regular thing

Ask your vet is there any antihistamine jabs for him. Or what about Piriton? Ask the vet first though.  :)

Hayfever??

Jet my oldest cat really suffers when the warm weather is here.  He gets so tired and his eyes get extremely watery and runny.  When we visited the vets last year they said it was like hayfever from the grass pollen especially.  The poor little man really suffers, they gave me some gel to put in his eyes which he hates.  Does anyone else have a cat that suffers and what do you do?

I can't keep him indoors as he loves being out but i don't want him to suffer this weekend with the warm weather, he's aleady been back inside this morning and his eyes are filling up!!

 :)
Always in my heart RIP Jet, Cleo, Poppy, Oscar & Sydney x
