Anyone heard of Pro pac food?

Apparently its an American food. A seller on ebay is selling various types for £19.99 for 7.5kg with £3.99 postage regardless of quantity ordered. I just wondered if this would be good for rescues. Here's the ingredient list - it looks good to me but not sure.

DO NOT BREED OR BUY WHILE SHELTER ANIMALS DIE

I believe I am not interested to know whether Vivisection produces results that are profitable to the human race or doesn't. To know that the results are profitable to the race would not remove my hostility to it.  Mark Twain
