Thanks everyone, the vibes must be working as Tessa's just sent me a text to say that Frank is a little brighter today.  He's still majorly sulking though as she's having to force his antibiotics down him, but hopefully he'll forgive her eventually  :)

Come on Frankie boy, keep on better little one  :Luv:

I'll see if I can post a piccie of him when I'm back at work on Monday, he's pure white with blue eyes, and totally stunning  :Luv:

Good vibes for Frank and a head tickle   :Luv:

Flu is mainly airbourne but droplets can be moved around on skin/clothing.

Just a thought, does he have access to grass? As a blade of that can cause similar symptoms.

Good Vibes coming your way xx
Cats don't come when they are called,
They take a message and get back to you later.

You could always wash your clothes afterwards to be 100% sure? I know that the FAB cattery info says to wash hands between touching cats and put in sneeze barriers.
mega good vibes sent to poor wee Frank and his meowmy.

Fingers crossed for him - I think cat flu is airborne, and dont think it could be carried on your clothes, but wouldn't swear to it at the moment, am tired.
Please spay your cat

....... for my friend's cat, Frank.

He's FIV+, and has been poorly for the last week. It started with sore gums, which turned into a sore throad, and now apparently he has flu  :(

I'm worried about him, and his meowmy is going out of her mind at the moment, so can everybody send some good vibes to Frank as he's a little honey  :Luv:

Also, this might sound like a daft question, but can the flu virus be carried on clothes, or is it only airborne?  I'm just asking as I don't want to risk going round there, or her coming to me, if there's a chance that my boy could be exposed to flu as well?  Don't mean that to sound nasty, just dont want to take any chances....
