To think I might not see those eyes, makes it so hard not to cry, and as we say our long goodbyes, I nearly do.

I lost a dog 2 months ago and the other week I could of sworn I heard her bark but I knew she wasn't here, but I believe that was her way of telling me she was ok,either that or I'm going potty hearing things

Ok, I know it sounds completely crazy - and I may well have lost it completely  , but when Suzie was pts on Monday, I wasnt sure how I would know she'd got to Rainbow Bridge, for some reason I didnt somehow expect to see a rainbow in the conventional sense. Yesterday evening I was washing up, lots of bubbles, and I looked over to the draining board and saw this enormous bubble surrounded by lots of little ones - but in the big bubble I could clearly see colours of the rainbow, probably just trick of the light, but it worked for me - it just automaticlly made me smile (first time in days) and I said out loud 'she's there' (good job I live on my own!)

Crazy? maybe, but I just felt it was a sign that she's safe and sound.
