Simple solution from Pets at home would do it. There are also other enzyme type solutions you can get in pet shops and vets. There is a very good one in a green bottle (I can't think of the name but maybe someone else knows) that you water down. I made up a bucket of if in our old house that had wood floors throughout and mopped it. When it dries, the smell is gone. Are your floors not sealed or varnished?
