There's a discussion on vegetarian Christmas dinners on another board and I just want to promote this book as being full of yummy dishes that would be just perfect for that  ;D

Seeing as so many folks on here are veggies...

The jacket blurb says 'With over 140 mouthwatering recipes to choose from...' and it's got things like Huevos Rancheros; Persian Baked Eggs; Ratatouille Nicoise; Pumpkin, Sweet Potato & Banana Curry; Winter Trifle...

I'd say it was a book for people who enjoy cooking.  It's beautifully designed and photographed.  As new.
