So pleased you got sorted Paul.  ;D

I've got to say that Westgate Ark is an amazing group of people, who are so dedicated and committed.

(and yes, I know I'm biased because it's where we got our gorgeous little Moray from :evillaugh: but they really are wonderful)

Pleased you are sorted ... I agree with sheila, freegle is the way to go for a group like yourselves.  You can probably kit out your office, get shelters for cats, or materials to build things.  It really is amazing what people give away ... sometimes it's even worth travelling a distance to get something for nothing  ;)

Good luck and keep up the good work

I'm hundreds of miles away otherwise I'd have found you one.

Are you aware of the Freegle community? Have a look at your local site, post WANTED ads for what you need and see what turns up - its amazing what people want to recycle rather than landfill.

Good luck with the rescue.

Hi Pav,

thank you so much for your kind donation to our Christmas Tree Feral Cat Colony Appeal. We will be getting some more cat food in with it and it will all go under our Christmas tree and get divided between three local colonies of ferals. It should help keep them going for a while during the worst time of the year! Thanks again!

Can anyone help us by donating an unwanted small Christmas tree, artificial preferably, that we could use for a window display at the Ark to attract food donations for feral cat colonies?
If anyone lives nearby ans has an old tree or tree decorations to give, we are at Westgate Ark, Prospect Place, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE4 6PH. (0191) 2739555
