International Bidders - Postage costs
« Reply #1 on: November 22, 2012, 12:44:27 PM »
Hope to see International Bidders again this year ;D ;D

International Bidders
As postage outside of UK is more expensive, please could you ask the Auctioneer beforehand what the cost to ship the item to you will be.
There is a standard Airmail cost which is a 5 to 10 working day delivery service which has no tracking or Insurance. Or for extra security you can have your item shipped via International signed for which is a flat cost of £5.90 ON TOP of airmail cost.
The cost depends on the weight of the item.

If you are happy with the cost it will be added to your total bid amount if you win the item at the end of the auction. You then pay Purrs the full cost incl International shipping. We accept International payments through the secure Paypal button at the bottom of the forum.

The postage cost will then be paid to the Auctioneer from Purrs to cover the postage to you.

Thanks very much  for bidding and Helping us help the Feral & Stray Foundation.

Auctioneers
If you have an International bidder contact you re shipping your item outside of UK.

Please use this guide from Royal Mail to calculate the cost to ship your item to the Bidder's country.

If the item is heavy, it may be more cost effective to send by Courier

Let the bidder know the cost and if they are happy, they will start bidding :)

At the end of the auction, if they win, They will pay Purrs the full cost and I will pay you the cost of shipping before you ship the item. You will need to obtain a receipt and posting proof to be given to Purrs once dispatched.
