:welcome: :welcome: :welcome:     Hi from that wee city known as Glasgow in Scotland .  My cat is an indoor one. There is no way he could get back in up the stairs because of security doors.  You can find him chatting to the other cats in their own section. Calls himself Billy.    :welcome:

In ancient times cats were worshiped as gods; they have not forgotten this.

Thanks for the lovely comments about my photos. I don't do much these days as it's connected with something sad.

She's beautiful, Karen, and your use of lighting and the black and white shots are very clever.  ;D

I like the dandelion seed and the finch best.

(Just to be clear princesskasren, this is not your cat posting!)

Hahahaha...although she is that clever and sneaky! I hate it when forums try to correct my spelling of her name...I did it on purpose with the A instead of the e!

You can't change the world by rescuing one cat, but for that one cat you are changing its world.

Awww thanks all/ I shall post a link to Jezabels pics but I am sort of superstitious about posting any of Oscae as I want to make sure he's staying first and it's only 2 days in....but I may snap a quickie of him if he seems happier later today.

Here is her Flickr set.

 :welcome: to Purrs   ;D

Glad you've found us, I'm sure you'll enjoy it here.  It really is a very friendly forum with lots of friendly helpful advice, if ever needed, and of course lots of fun.

I do feel it my public duty to warn you though that it can be a teensy bit addictive  You have been warned  :evillaugh:

Hiya, I am the proud slave to Jezabel female 9 year old Torby and Oscar a blind 3 year old grey and white. oscar is shiny new in our household...just yesterday so fingers crossed it works out. Great to find this place though hardly any members up here in my neck of the woods.
I have only ever had cats as pets and when i mved back to teh UK from America 10 years ago I had to leave my beloved Tortie Curiosity with a friend. She's gone now but I still remember the last time I saw her and the last game of fetch we played. She thought she was a dog. LOL
I hated to leave her but she was too old for travel and 6 months quarantine so I had no choice. Wherever you are precious I am sorry and I hope you weren't too confused and sad and thought that I had abandoned you.
Jezabel ahs been my lifeline this last year or so. It's just us now.
Anyway thanks for the fabulous forum and I am sure I will have many questions and one day I will be able to pass taht advice on to someone new here.
