I thought she would be staying with you as well, it must have been a bit of a wrench for you to let her go  :hug: but it sounds like she has found a wonderful home and seems to have made herself right at home there already  :wow: Looking forward to seeing who your next foster kitty will be and hopefully they will get an equally impressive forever home  :)

So, although Perdy was pretty much at home here - a fabulous home came up for her! I'm afraid I couldnt pass up this opportunity for her (as much as I wanted her to stay here  :innocent: ). The house is large, the garden even larger (3 acres, including an orchard   :wow: ), and an older retired couple to dote on her. I did the homecheck (and nearly asked if they would adopt me too  :evillaugh: ) and I took her over there this morning.

Little madam made herself totally at home straight away (even got up on the worktop, oops!) - this is the pic I took while I was there, don't think she's gonna miss me much do you?  ;)

As I have the patio doors open most of the time when I'm here, she just tends to wander in and plonk herself down on any available chair  :) She did swipe at mine a bit to start with (norty tortie  :evillaugh: ), but she doesnt do that so much now. She will also allow some of mine to sit with her on my lap  ;)

There was a potential offer of a home a few weeks back, but it was too near the road, with not enough garden space round the back to keep her entertained and away from that road, and no trees to climb lol! She is a bit of a climber and was right up near the top of my silver birch tree the other day!
