I have to say though he has a very expressive face and you can just tell he is unimpressed with having his photo taken. :rofl:

Gill - I think it must be to do with central heating and him being an indoor cat, not that I have a lot of heat on in the winter.  He always grows a long coat in summer but sports a shorter version during the winter.

Forget the Essex lion.  I said on that thread that Mosi was a more convincing lion than the photo of the cat supposedly mistaken for a lion.  Well here he is (not looking too happy at being photographed it has to be said) - most definitely a lion  ;)  Good job he's an indoor cat otherwise Chester zoo would be asked to account for all their lions  ;)  Now that's what you call a mane (it's actually on it's way out - he has a full  mane in summer but it is shorter in winter).
