My parents went to the vets today and got charged an extra £2.50 as a despensing charge for medicines. They phoned me to say order as much as I can not monthly but thats not possible with Amber as she only has vet meds after a visit.
It seems that if you ask for a prescription to take elsewhere you get charged but if you get meds from the vets you get charged £2.50 per item. I havent had chance to check this and make sure its right but has anyone else heard of this?
