Knowing the area this happened this in my opinion sounds like a young child has taken 2 kittens as pets and kept them secret through fear, I know of many a child who has had a secret pet. OK tragic outcome but lack of education and not done through maliciousness.

It's an odd story, though - they were found in a shed? Whose shed? Did the scum climb into someone's garden and break into their shed to do this? Weird.

Absolutely gobsmacked! The is no place for the scum that did this on this earth!

We're appealing for info after two very young kittens were found in an AIRTIGHT container in an empty property in Saltney Ferry. The kittens - which were just two weeks old - were discovered in the closed plastic container in a shed by a six-year-old boy. Sadly, one of the cold, hungry kittens died within a short time of being rescued. It's essential that we find who committed this cruel act - if you have any info please do call us on 0300 1234 999.
