Excellent news
In ancient times cats were worshiped as gods; they have not forgotten this.

He's back !  :wow: !!! Last night at eleven o'clock I went out to call him in like I often do. I heard a distant mewing which I mewed back to and I ran toward it.

Oh dear running around the street in my pjs mewing at nearly midnight .

I found him in someones garden stuck behind a fence. He's such a baby because half the fence had collapsed on the other side and he could have easily got out and come home. He was only a few doors up the street.

Mr Orpheus won't be leaving the house now till the dog has gone.  ;D

I am moving this too missing cats and at the top of that section are things to do  and think you should start now.

I do hope you find him quick but wonder if the thought of thre dog and  Noah are making him stay away?

Thank you both! A couple of weeks after bringing him home I got myself in a right state. I thought he'd ran out of the house as I couldn't find him anywere. I found him under the cooker. No such luck today though but it is still early.

If Carmen got chased by the dog she'd hold her own and bat the silly thing on the head same with Tosca but Orpheus is very sensitive. My big baby  :Luv2:

I know you are worried but it's very early days yet, he might just be a bit spooked by Tucker and the other cat on his patch. Have everytjiong crossed he'll be back in time for a late breakfast

I hope he turns up soon   Fingers crossed he's nearby and just a bit hesitant to get too close, esp if Noah is sitting on the fence.

Last night he didn't come in. He is always in around 10PM with Tosca and he doesn't always go out on an evening because he likes to be with his sister Rusalka. Last night however he didn't come in. I woke up this morning very early as I heard a loud mewing at the door and it sounded like Orpheus but when hubby went down to open up the door he wasn't there.
I went down after but he wasn't there. There was the semi wild Noah sitting on a fence and he can be a little aggressive.

There was no Orpheus though. I'm so worried right now. I'm scared that the dog might have made me run away. Tucker did chase him the other night and nearly knocked the TV over in doing so really scared Orpheus. After that I told DH that we can't look after Tucker again but to be fair apart from that incident he has been a good dog.

Orpheus is missing he is mico chipped but I just feel so guilty this is his home and I feel like I've made it feel unsafe for him and now hes not here. I'm nearly in tears maybe I'm just over reacting and he'll strut through the door in a minute.  :(
