There's an adorable 3-4 yr old neutered male cat needing a home.
He was taken into the vets I used to work at as a stray, and had a badly fractured leg which was a several days-old injury. He was as good as gold being examined, and the nurses/reception gang managed to raise funds to have his rear leg amputated. He was also neutered at the same time, and has been fleed/wormed. He is apparently an adorable boy, and a client of the practice (who take on lots of amputee cats) happily agreed to take him. Sadly, she said he was not getting on with the other cats, so is unable to keep him. Here's what my friend (a nurse at the practice) said about him...
We have a really sweet cat at work that needs a new home. He is around 3-4 years old and got brought in with a badly infected, broken back leg. His leg was amputated and he is learning to cope on 3 legs well. He went to a new home but didn't get on well with the lady's other cats and was finding it hard to settle in. If he goes to a new home he will need to be on his own and given time to adjust. If anyone is interested please let me know. He has had flea treatment and is now neutered as well, we all love him at work and he loves fuss and his dinner! I'll put pics up soon xxxx
Kelly (the nurse) is going to send me some photos to put on... he could come here short-term, but obviously, having cat-disliking Edna already, it certainly wouldn't be fair to take another one and add to the chaos. He is currently staying at the practice, but we'd love to get him a home.
