well that was 5.30 this mornin, and i wiped it with just  tissue and now he fine, no discharge wide eye staring, so im thinking perhaps its like we get conjunct and it hits mainly when you wake up. get paid tomoz so if he has it in morning or again later ile take him through.

Could be a foreign body, could also be conjunctivitis. Might be worth gently cleaning it with warm water to see if it looks redder at all.

And a vet visit might be necessary, definitely.

hmmm, can you see if the eye has a scratch ?? ( not opening it properly )  :(
maybe there is a foreign body in eye ( mucus discharge )  :doh:

always safer to get it checked out by the vet tho  ;)

OK gunky eye might be a bit if a exageration. Woke up today to find twix eye has some pale green/yellow liquid floating in bottom of his left eye and he not opening it properly. Eating, pooing etc all fine. Shoukd i wipe it with warm water and something?? Trip to the vet???
