ok, so i know you wont think i'm jumping the gun by posting this.
Smudge was last seen just before 9 this morning. he is new here, picked him up on the 5th so he's been here 12 days. he's settled in quite well. this morning i shut the kitchen door so the cats could eat without the dogs nicking their breakfast but i forgot that i'd already opened the cat window. didnt remember to open the kitchen door until 10 past 10 to discover that he'd gone out. he's been in the kitchen a few times with the door open but has shown no interest in going out (he has lived in a flat for his whole 4 years). i'm hoping that he's just exploring next doors jungle and hasnt gone too far. what do you think the chances are that he'll find his way back bearing in mind that he's only been here 12 days?
