I know what you mean Rosella, I was just thinking it might be useful for getting them into a carrier.

Yes indeed that would be useful for Billy (would be useful today to check him over as found a little blood on "his" level of cat tree).  Instruction for use is before cat is stressed out and, by the time I'd trapped him to put it on, prob too late to work  :innocent:

I guess it goes back to when they are kittens and their mums pick them up by the scuff of the neck to carry them about.  They automatically stop wriggling and just hang from mums mouth.
In ancient times cats were worshiped as gods; they have not forgotten this.

You can't change the world by rescuing one cat, but for that one cat you are changing its world.

I don't like it  :(

Hate the idea of being able to fully control a cat ........ the fact that you can't control them is a big part of the attraction for me................ still I could try it on Billy Whiz I suppose for applying flea treatment  :naughty:

I'm going to try this. If it works on Drum, it'll probably work on any cat!

I'd seen it on the CRF site from when I had Tiggy but had never seen it in action - I might try that on Riley when he's being a pest  :evillaugh: (JOKE!)

Yes, its quite often recommended on the CRF group for cats that need to have sub q fluids, although I think they suggest using old fashioned wooden clothes pegs!
