The ASSISI will find him a good & loving home, that is a guarantee. What supprised me was the people who found Mishca, took him there when the CPL is so much closer to Lagmore.

Evil evil evil ..... some people should be tied up in plastic bags.

RIP Mum and babies .... safe at the bridge and together forever.

Fingers crossed little Mischa finds a safe and loving forever home and is able to put his terrible start in life behind him.

I am so mad after reading this I am nearly in tears!! At least the kitten has a chance at her forever home. This is taken straight from the ASSISI page.
Unfortunately, the Lagmore area of Lisburn is an estate where the police rarely go into due to it being a republican IRA estate,so this is not suprising. The place is over run with stray dogs & pit bull type dogs.

Quote
As an animal sanctuary we deal with all sorts of cruelty to animals and this story underlines that fact.   Late on Sunday, 10 July, some children brought a small kitten to a staff member’s home. They had found the kitten in a bag at the side of the road, in the Lagmore area of Lisburn.   Staff member, Sinead went back with the children to the area where the kitten was found and discovered a tied plastic bag with a dead, suffocated mummy cat and her two babies, hanging from a tree.   Unfortunately, this is not an isolated case, abuse and neglect are all too common.   There is little assistance available to help stop cruelty to cats/kittens. If you know of or suspect any abuse or cruelty to cats/kittens, please contact the PSNI, USPCA, Assisi or Cats Protection.   The rescued kitten is now at the Sanctuary and is doing well. He is called Mischa, is black and is 4-5 weeks old and he is very affectionate.
