to you all for your comments and questions.
We don't know how old Tallulah is as she was a stray, the vet apparently said not more than two and she weighs only 2.4kg. We picked her up yesterday from the lady who has been feeding her - resident cat put her paw down - and she will stay here permanently providing she is happy (does not need to be outdoors or feline company).
So far Lulu has road tested Da Mouse and Original Dragonfly, familiarised herself with both powder rooms, slept on my bed, stared out of the window, given a plastic carrier bag full of recycled paper some serious loving **, been all over the kitchen worktops, pretended to be asleep when 'someone' broke wind repeatedly, got stuck behind a shelf unit. Your average cat weekend really!
** No licking or eating just hugging, clawing and face rubbing.
I have ensured she cannot get stuck in the handle.
