Thanks ever so much for the replys.  Ive been seperating them at night...just letting Lucy out throu the day as shes in my bathroom at the mo and she wants to be with me only the Charlie situation isnt good!

Ive had my new Feliway plug in for about 11 days now.  I can do the Zylkene tablets but im not sure what rescue remedy is?  Anybody got any links.  I will try anything!

Besides the Bach Rescue remedy, some people I know have used specific remedies relative to the issue. Here is a link giving some info.

Perhaps have a word with your vet to see what they think.

I know there are some peeps on CC and Purrs who have had good results with Bachs. But have not used it myself. I am sure peeps with more experience will be along to advise

They have the Rescue Remedy on Amazon - it's a Bachs remedy and has a yellow label, but I got mine from my local health food shop if you don't want to wait. HTH

Looking forward to seeing pictures of your cats  ;D

Lovely of you to take the little girl in and give her a lovely name.  I have no experience of more than 1 cat but sounds good what everyone is saying.

Good luck and YES, we would love to see pics of them all.

I agree, step back and start all over again, keep the newbie in a room of her own all the time and then exchange all of them in rooms without meeting until they are happy in each others rooms, then try introducing slowly and accomapanied.

Loads of luck and if they are all young , hopefully it will work

Hi Cj - you will need to take it very slowly while you are there and when you are not there and overnight keep them separated, they will still be able to scent each others smell even if they cannot see each other

good luck

Feliway plug in and some Zylkene tablets from the vet and some rescue remedy in the water bowl and careful introductions - all of the former mentioned here have worked for us on introductions and taking the edge off ferals

Good Luck and we need pics of Lucy and her boys xx

I'd take a step back as well if it was me my star and amber have never been the best of friends so we kept them apart for a long time and got there in the end

Yes, it sounds like it's early days and maybe you need to take a step backwards and do the introductions very gradually.  Maybe some rescue remedy in Joey's water as well as the feliway - may help him if he's a bit stressed.

How long has Lucy been mixing with the resident boys? Are they all similar in age? Hopefully it's early days yet and they'll all rub along given time

It might be worth investing in a Feliway plug in (much cheaper online from places like VetUK) to help calm things down while they're all getting to know each other.

Oh, and pics please  :naughty:

Hey all,

Found a stray (been living rough behind some shops for few weeks).  Long story short decided to keep her.  Shes called Lucy.  (Depending on what vet you want to believe shes either under a year old or 18 month)  Just had her spayed on Thursday and she going for her microchip this Thursday.  Ive flea and wormed her.

I have two boys.  Joey and Charlie.  They aren't the best of friends but after a year together they tolerate each other now so kinda harmony in the house.

And now I go and bring in Lucy.  She goes for Charlie at every opp, which is often as he stalks her making chirub noises.  Joey on the other hand has retreated to either the bedroom or outside and hes lost his meow (all I get from him is silent ones!!)  Oh and Charlie is hanging outside alot more thro the day aswell (he never used to go out till early evening or first thing for the bathroom!)

Just need some words of support i think.  Im sure things will calm down.  Just wish it was yesterday.

Sorry for the long post!
