For those of us that have used their free service to accept donations (not that we got many that way), they have recently revamped their website.
They are now charging charities to have a webpage and take donations.
I have removed reference to them from our website now (I hope!).
Also I would advise if you have used them in the past, check out to see if they have you listed.
I don't know where they got their info. from but it is hopelessly out of date - apart from the address, phone number and website ours was OK (well they got the name right and the charity number!).
