Its funny I was thinking about something like thios last night while watching Children in need but while the petition is a good idea, it needs to be much more specific in that it should exclude RSPCA, Blue Cross, Cats Protection and other big charities who shove the money into people and buildings and not animals.
I have a problem with Children in Need cos I know no place where you can see where the multi millions actually go and the stuff you see during the show are for a few £100s only and unless there was away to get money to small rescues all over the country, I cant see it working sadly.
The adminstration would steal most of the money I think.
