During the first couple of weeks of her disappearance we knocked on a lot of doors of our road and I knocked on a few doors of the next road which pretty much runs parallel to our road. I looked in the yellow pages and phoned all bristol vets to report her missing. The other possibility is if she jumped in a delivery van or something. I think of many scenarios really. Ive even wondered if it was a fox but I don't think its very likely. I'm not giving up.

Have you done any local door knocking cos that may bring her out if she has been taken in, also contact of all local vets  :hug: :hug:

I really hope she comes home too. Even though its been a while. Her name is Blacknose. My children chose the name but to be honest she doesn't really respond to the name. She has been spayed. Ive done 100's of leaflets through doors, lots of posters, adverts on lost pet websites, tradeit, gumtree. Ive phoned RSPCA, Cats Protection, Bristol Moggery, Bristol & Wales cats rescue and lots of vets in bristol. I emptied the hoover contents over the fence where she always went. I don't live on a busy road. I don't get the feeling shes past away. I don't understand where she would have gone though because she always stayed close to our home. I was away for 4 days when she went missing. My neighbour was feeding them and letting them in and out. The weather was extremely cold so I sometimes wonder if someone may have taken her in and dont want to give her back. Other cats have gone missing from the area which isnt very comforting.

I hope she is neutered cos its that time of year!

oh lord- really hope shes safe somewhere in the neighbourhood, as you say shes very distinctive so hopefully someone may recognise her.

She has been missing from Stoke Gifford, Bristol since 20th November 2010. She's 21months old and is microchipped. I am totally devastated and finding it very hard. My children are upset. We watched her being born under my daughters bed so she is very special. My other 2 cats haven't been the same since her disappearance because they are missing her. She has quite distinctive markings on her face as though shes wearing a mask. She has black around her eyes and nose. If you find her please take her to a vet to be scanned. Its surprising the amount of people who don't! It doesn't cost anything.
