Well done for caring for the kitten

I would still get her checked for a chip and check out the found cat advice at the top of this section, I hope that you manage to trace the owners.

Please consider the harder to home cats in rescue.

FOUND TORTOISESHELL KITTEN IN BOURNEMOUTH
« Reply #1 on: November 21, 2010, 00:17:55 AM »
Hello

Today I'd noticed a kitten of about 2-4 months old roaming round Stanley Road in Springbourne, Bournemouth, Dorset.
The kitten was still outside at about 10pm tonight so I decided to take it into my home, feed and water it and give it shelter for the night as I don't think that kittens that young are supposed to be out.
The kitten (which I think is female) had no collar on and I cannot feel a microchip under her scruff.
I tried calling the RSPCA lost/found cats line but the call centre is closed so I will call again tomorrow.
I will also make a 'found' poster and post them through the doors of all houses in Stanley Road.

She is a dark tortoiseshell colour.
