Thanks, I thought that may be the case so glad I didn't get any - our cats aren't going out but neighbours' ones are.

Yeah, I would guess so, trying to remember but I am sure there is a warning sign on the back ??

I'm sure it has some antifreeze in. Not sure of the % though.

I know anti-freeze is very dangerous for cats but wondered if de-icer is the same ?
