Shazza - no questions are annoying here unless it's "Wot?  Got any more pictures?"   ;) :evillaugh:

Thank you for all the lovely welcomes and comments  ;D

I did have a cat when i was young (Timmy a black and white moggy) and worked in a cattery a few years back, so i have cat experience and knowledge, but could certainly do with a refresher course  :evillaugh:. She is incredibly noisy thats for sure, but that said she does settle as long as she gets a fuss before we do any human chores  :naughty:.

Diet is something i have to approach, as she is currently on supermarket food which agrees with her tummy but is not ideal. Its what she came with though. I dont see why someone would spend hundreds on a bengal and feed it rubbish . But we shall work on it, i am also aware cats are fussy wee things, so changes will be slow  ;).

I hope my questions dont get annoying, as i say, i am experienced, just need a refresher course.

Wow aren't you the lucky one .. getting youraelf a gorgeous Bengal  :Luv2:

I've never been owned by a Bengal but I would love to be.  Not sure if they are anymore "full on" than any other cat really.  I think as long as they are loved, kept "amused" ... they are very intelligent so do get bored easily, fed and watered regularly you will have yourself a very happy litty.

One thing I have noticed about Bengals is that they do seem to be pprone to "delicate tummies" so I would recommend feeding the best quality food you can.  However as Kayla looks to be a happy healthy girl it's probably best to just stick with what she's on at the moment.

Your bunnies also look lovely  :Luv2:
In ancient times cats were worshiped as gods; they have not forgotten this.

 :welcome: to Purrs Sharon  ;D

Glad you've found us, I'm sure you'll enjoy it here.  It really is a very friendly forum with lots of friendly helpful advice, if ever needed, and of course lots of fun.

I do feel it my public duty to warn you though that it can be a teensy bit addictive  You have been warned  :evillaugh:

Kayla is a beauty, Sue is right you definitely came out on top with that deal!  :Luv2: I don't have a Bengal myself but from reading about them they're pretty full on, especially if you're a newbie to the world of cats!

Your bunnies are gorgeous too, we have quite a few bunny-lovers on Purrs aswell  ;D

hello Shazza - hello Kayla - welcome to Purrs  :welcome:   Isn't she beautiful - you did well from that little exchange  ;D

The buns are lovely  :Luv:  How on earth could someone abandon a bunny in a car park?  :(  They look very content in their photos.

We have a good few Scots members on here Shazza, so no doubt you'll get to meet them on your travels around the forum.  Have fun exploring!

Hi from me and Kayla

Hi, my name is Sharon, im 27 and live in Falkirk (Central Scotland)

I am a bunny lover to be honest, but i have recently taken on a cat. To cut a long story short, the cat lived with my friends boyfriend, when he moved in with her, Kayla (cat) did not get on with my friends dog. As a result, i have Kayla (who is a pretty bengal) living with me.

This is Kayla

Then there are my rescue bunnies

Summer (dwarf lop who is blind) and Giles who was abandoned in a carpark.

Taffy (chinchilla) and Riley (3 legged french x english lop)

Holly (english) and Frodo (dwarf lop)

And the house rabbit Gracie, who is a deaf english lop who sadly has kidney failure

I also have 4 tortoises, 2 gerbils and 2 syrian hamsters.

Looking forward to chatting to you all.
