A lady from the RSPCA came to the house earlier, to make sure Cooper and Peanut were settling in okay and that we weren't keeping them locked in a box in the cellar etc...
I went mad tidying the house, lighting insence sticks, the smell of fresh coffee and bread oozing from the kitchen (didn't actually make bread or fresh coffee but it sounds good
)
I expected Cooper and Peanut to make a total show of me by coming across all timid and scared, flinching at my every move... Did they deliver I hear you cry? Oh yes! The little terrors hid from me and were being very cautious around me and the lady
I felt like I was being interviewed!!
She asked her questions and seemed quite happy with everything. She said I could start and let them out now (unlike what they said when we collected them, said I had to keep them in for 6 weeks!!!!
)
Anyhoo, as soon as the woman went, C&P came bounding downstairs and were fussing round me and chirping as usual
I am a little bit nervous about letting them out. Hope they remember where they live and appreciate that their mummy wants them back safe and sound!
