I don't know whats wrong with me, I still get extremely upset at times ( if I go into the zone )
zone = can't stop thinking about them not being here now

this has been made worse by the " trying to get Flat ready for renting out "
as that is where I have most of my Memories

Thanks Stuart...I hope as you say it gets easier with time. I find myself thinking of her so many times during the day. She was mostly at home, and would always greet you with a chirrup, or full on miaow if she was feeling talkative. Its quite now without her. And you're right of course, everything must die in the end, and when we take on our cats we know that we will out live them (God willing). We're just to enjoy the time we have together.

I would have replyed earlier, but it was still a wee bit raw

annettemarie, Yes it does get easier ( with Time ) but some people take
longer to come to terms and accept it (I Did)

I know I will only see my Hamish in Memories, not His last day's though............... Only Good ones!!

I am not a religious person, but ironically I Do Believe Hamish is in a better
place along with everyones Furbabes at the Bridge, and just the belief in that
also seems to help with the pain.

I can Honestly say that not one day has went by the past year that I haven't
thought about my Hamish, But it's a Fact of life, everything Dies and you just
have to carry on regardless

And annettemarie Just Like My Hamish, your Crookie will also have a special place in your Heart ALWAYS

Does it get easier? My Crookie passed away today, and I will be in your shoes in a years time.

I hope it gets easier...and you remember your wee Hamish with love....I know I will of my Crookie...though I wish I knew how to stop crying every five minutes!

I'm afraid all my friends think of me as some mad cat women....
