Trigger is now asleep in it - I do hope it is not going to be just a new very expensive cat bed

I also suspect a very strong and frantic cat might be able to break the mesh, though if it is made of nylon that won't be easy - but if any of my 3 do go frantic inside it then that defeats the object anyway, and I will use a carrier as well in that scenario

but Trigger is always frantic in a carrier so am hoping this buggy might be less frightening for him - saving my arm is a secondary consideration

we shall try some wheelies inside the house tonight - at least the neighbours won't see me

piccies I promise, but only  when I have a cat sleeping inside with the flap closed, having been  wheeled around a bit - one of Trigger in it as he is now would be cheating

I think I'd be much happier using it with a cat box inside it, I'd worry about the fabric ripping with determined scrabbling 

When I bought a buggy to keep at my house for my nephew it was all I could do to keep the boys out of it, they liked being rocked in it  (Just don't tell my sister  ) 

btw or perhaps a video of real life 'cat strolling'!

it's arrived, and Tiffany is already fast asleep in it, out on the patio - though I haven't closed the flap yet or pushed it with her in, as I don't want to put her off

as well as offering plenty of space for one big cat, or two smaller ones, it is plenty big enough to put a cat carrier in

so looks like it is going to be a useful addition to my growing collection of cat stuff

I've seen these in a double version too.

I got a smaller version of this type. I'm only about 10 mins walk from the vets, but it certainly saves the strain on my poor arms!

Only problem is I can't get cat number two into the carrier without cat number one leaping out, so I put one cat in this carrier and perch an Atlas carrier containing the other cat on top. It wedges nicely under the coffee cup bar/holder. Being littermates they need their MOT and boosters at the same time.

Mine are both indoor cats.

If I saw something like that coming toward me down the road I'd think it was one of those poor photo-sensitive children. 

Besides, I can't see that holding a cat that's determined not to go walkies.

I think as long as you havent got a cat like Sasa and maybe Misa, they will be fine, dont know how an indoor only cat would be though.

Its just a mordern way of what I did with Kocka who was very nosey and loved to see where she was going. I would love to see an inside view of the last one and also a back view cos think its needed for youe cat to be able to see you.

I have to admit I'd be tempted if I lived alone like my colleague does (and neither of us drive), I've either got my Husband or my Dad to carry the cats to the vets as they can get quite heavy when you have to walk with them.

I considered getting one because I have to organise lifts to our vets and feel it might inconvenience the nice lady who helps us. My partner thinks they're hysterical, but I pointed out from a practical point of view they're pretty good and he had to agree with that.

I used to put Kocka in her carrier on top of a 4 wheeled shopping trolley, she still hated the vets and the carrier but she liked going on the train for one stop

has anyone experience of these?

Trigger gets in such a state when taken to the vet in an ordinary carrier, but might stay calmer in one of these, especially as I could take him around the garden and surrounds to get used to it

and I would be quite glad never to have to lift Tiffany up again in a carrier, as my wrist can barely take it

I have a little Community bus here which I could walk on to with it and be taken to and from the vet (and its free  ) 

but are they strong enough to prevent a cat breaking out, I wonder
